APEX is my signature 2-month intensive: a contemporary, olympian-level training for the mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. You will be in a fasted state (both consumption fasting and substance fasting), and will be using this spaciousness to triple down on the aspects of your life that matter most. It is the ultimate life recomposition.

This protocol is designed to take you from “I know I’m capable of more, but the change is slow… or nonexistent” to “holy shit, I didn’t know life could feel this rich, satisfying, and full! I had no clue I was capable of this!”

THE BACK STORY:

One day in August of 2021, I received the APEX protocol as an inspired download and launched it without knowing if I would ever do it again… Nobody signed up, but I moved forward and took myself through the entire protocol alone.

And as it turned out, my life did a complete 180…

I felt clearer and more intuitive, I was happier than ever, my perceived time shortage evaporated (I suddenly had all the time in the world), my productivity went through the roof, my love life drastically improved, I reconnected with old passions, and I fell in love with life again.

Just after I completed my first round of APEX, I had my biggest financial month of 2021, I doubled it the following month and signed a lease for my dream home. It was a whirlwind.

Shocked by my own experience, I knew APEX was here to stay. I ran it again in May of 2022, this time, people joined. The results were shocking, again: one participant effortlessly manifested a dream apartment in 2 weeks. I had never seen people’s lives and experiences change so rapidly.

What I’ve seen in past rounds: homes/physical spaces manifested, careers take off, relationships blossom, happiness and fulfillment go off the charts, people get their time and energy back, finances improve, triggers are navigated quickly and with ease, desires are brought to life, life gets really, really good.

I am now heading into my 4th round of APEX and I could not be more excited. In case you were wondering, yes, I do this protocol two times per year, with the group… it’s that freaking good.

“What is Sydney a genius at and how have her skills impacted you?

Sydney is a genius at cutting through my bullshit and offering guidance in a way that can be put into practice immediately. Her ability to allow space for feelings but also slap the sense back into you is truly amazing.

What has been your biggest tangible win?

APEX gave me the realization of the depths of my unhappiness and how it was stopping me in other areas of my life; and that ending the marriage was not a failure but instead the best decision I have ever made.

Work Expansion! I have confidence in my skills to help make moves with pole instructors to improve their business and grow their events. I know exactly what I bring to the table. Allowing myself to see the complete worth in my skill set and leveraging that to search for a job situation that supports my lifestyle goals.

Moving! Opening up to leaving the area I’ve lived in for the past 10 years to travel/live abroad (something I have always wanted).

What has been your biggest intangible win?

Recognizing all that is available to me. The goals I believed were too lofty or pipe dreams are possible RIGHT NOW!

A deeper connection to and confidence in my intuition.

Stepping fully into my power and magic.

Allowing things to be easy, learning that surrendering can be fun!

What, if anything, surprised you?

At the beginning, my goal was to only focus on career and expanding ideas for a side hustle. APEX quickly made it clear that there were more important, bigger, foundational aspects of my life needing attention first and that I wasn’t dreaming big enough.

The phrase “Sacrifice is not honorable” fucked me all the way up and is my new mantra.

What was the most exciting moment of this experience?

The most exciting moment was when we healed deep generational trauma that has been affecting so many parts of my life and how I had been allowing it to keep a chokehold on myself and my choices.

NITTY GRITTY DETAILS

Here’s a breakdown of what’s included:

  • Prep week - applications close March 22nd and we officially begin prep week. You will be sent all the assets and materials for APEX during this time, we will have a prep call (described below), and I’ll be answering any questions you may have in the Voxer room so you feel fully prepared before April 1st.

  • Prep call - the last week of March, before starting the fast, we will set the container, go over guidelines, cover all practices, anchors, introductions, and fully prepare for the next two months together. Don’t worry, if you can’t make it live, you will have the replay to watch on your own time. This is when I teach you the protocol.

  • Weekly group Zoom calls to set up the week ahead, refine intentions, and of course ask any questions that are alive for you. (These are not required attendance for APEX to be effective).

  • 24/7 Voxer room! (Arguably one of the best parts). This is the group space to connect, touch base with me, share your wins, woes, questions, celebrations, etc. It is 100% off social media and is exclusive to those in APEX.

  • Consumption fast + substance fast. As I guide you through this olympian-level training, it is vital that your energetic body and mind are free from disruption, clutter, comparison, fear, and fogginess. This intensive is designed to get you into peak performance, digital fasting and abstaining from recreational, mind-altering substances is part of this. You will receive a recorded consumption fast workshop with all the details along with a quick reference fasting guide PDF.

  • Access to me. I will also be going through the 60 day protocol with you, I will be active in the Voxer room with you every day.
