THE SALES EXPERIMENT

In 2023 I decided to run a business experiment.

I genuinely wanted to know if I had it all wrong… was mindset work actually a waste of time and energy? Did energetics not matter? Was action truly king?

So, I tested it.

For the first part of the experiment, I followed muggle business advice for the launch of one particular program:

  • Focus on volume of output

  • Sell every day

  • Take loads of action, etc.

I tediously planned my launch, carefully crafted my sales page, and had a content strategy all locked in place.

I went live every day for two weeks straight, providing avalanches of value and making sure everyone knew the doors to my program were open. I wrote captivating posts like my life depended on it. I produced so much my audience couldn’t even keep up with it all.

I didn’t do an ounce of mindset or energetic work, I strictly followed the plan. After all, I genuinely wanted to find out what produced the greatest results. Because hey, if this was a better approach, of course I was going to choose that instead!

Each day I did my absolute best and gave it my all. I poured every drop of energy, creativity, and inspiration I had into this launch.

I left no room for error and executed everything perfectly.

And then… the results were in!

Not only was the launch a complete bust, it turned out to be the worst launch of the year in terms of volume. I mean, the numbers were abysmal.

The effort:success ratio was giving… flaccid.

A couple months later, it was time for me to run the other half of the experiment.

For this launch, I did the complete opposite. Instead of focusing on cranking out content and “sticking to the plan,” I did all my real work in the astral (aka: the 🌈imaginal🌈 realm.)

Of course I wrote a sales page and let people know the doors were open, but I created content as I was inspired - and I did not do a single live during that launch. I had no content plan, I didn’t sell every day, and honestly, I didn’t even like the branding that much (like, it was okay but I wasn’t in love with it.)

I put action on the back burner, and put preemptive celebration front and center.

For a couple weeks it looked like nothing was happening, but I kept imagining. I would work up my celebratory emotions to a peak at least once per day. I didn’t just get my hopes up, I bounced off the walls as if the people already bought.

In the final 72 hours of the launch, the seats filled like crazy.

(These are some of my instagram stories from that day, more and more people flooded in, while I was posting!)

And once again… the results were in.

Not only did it turn out to be the best launch of the year, it was the biggest mastermind launch (HIGHEST volume) I had ever done.

Again I ask you: how many “coincidences” need to happen for it to be statistically impossible?

After running that experiment for myself, I laugh every time I hear someone talk about “messaging” or “content volume” being the reason someone is or isn’t making sales.

Look, if you believe messaging is the secret ingredient to success, then it will be - not because it IS the secret ingredient, but because of your faith.

What did Jesus say again? “Thy faith hath made thee whole.”

Why does Jesus keep making appearances in my writing? Lol.

I want to make this very clear, it is time you start taking your own God-given divinity seriously. Again and again spiritual teachers remind us that we can be, do, and have whatever we want and yet people still chronically focus on crumbs.

Your imagination isn’t a “tool.” It’s not just visualization or mental rehearsal...

It’s the control panel for your divinity, it’s the direct line between you and God, it’s the sandbox of formless substance that shapes reality, it’s a portal of revelation.

I said it once and I’ll say it again, your imagination is the single most important spiritual faculty you have - and it’s by far the most under-utilized.
