PRACTICE LIBRARY - a collection of embodiment practices and meditations. I will continue adding to the library as I get a feel for what the group is needing most! (Some embodiment practices and meditations are already inside).
MODULES - modules will be added to Squeeze as-needed, these will also be shaped by what the group is needing, as well as the themes that people are most interested in. Your questions and participation will shape this program!
